About Ashdown project

Ashdown was born in 2004. In a short amount of time they started to get a name on the local scene, giving from shows to shows electrifying performances. After a unanimous victory at the club soda in Montreal they ended in third place at the medley in the Emergenzas Canadian final. The released of their first demo, shortly after, gave them the chance to enlarge their fans. With new material and more experience, the band manages to win the production Jonathan Rails discovery nights. facing the growing succes of their new songs the band decided to head quickly in studio in 2008 to record their first ep.With the local success of their new ep the band played on big scenes all over quebec.Now 2010 is the turning point for them, expecting to hit scenes all over canada,working on their first album, recording new songs in a new style that they hope will help them, not only keeping the old fans but enlarged their fan base to an all new level
