Inspired by the Finnish and Swedish new-wave of melodic metal, with a highly-rated deathcore progressive sound, they provide a ride that is breathless, exhilarating and as terrifying as an overdose. Considering that they’ve been crafting their sound since their humble beginning at highschool in 2006, it is useless to say that a strong friendship is at the core of the band. These kids are definitely poised to showcase what it means to play with intelligence and passion. Montreal-based metal act GODFALLS' released their debut album 'MAKE ME ALPHA' on September 18th, 2010.

Vous dites que cet album est le fruit d'un long procédé indépendant nécessitant plusieurs nuits sans sommeil; expliquez-nous comment s'est déroulée la création ainsi que l'enregistrement de cet album.
C’est simple. On a TOUT fait; de la construction du kit d’éclairage, au « beurrage » de nos faces dans le sable pour les photoshoots, en passant par 1500 heures de Photoshop. Pour Make Me Alpha, notre producteur, Antoine Lussier, nous avait démontré l’intérêt de travailler avec nous depuis un bon moment. On s’est mutuellement déviergés; nous notre premier album, lui son premier projet dans son « home studio ». Maintenant il enregistre tous les bands de Montréal hahaha!
On est fier d’être totalement indépendant. On a construit notre image, nos artworks, notre merch et nos sites web de A à Z.
